Description

The Longaniza Ibérica Dulce is made in the traditional way.

It is highly appreciated for its natural seasoning and for the excellent quality of the Iberian pork used.

It is red in colour with whitish hints given by the fat, which gives it a delicate, slightly salty taste and a sweet flavour. Its aroma, unmistakable of cured sausage, is very pleasant. It has a compact and homogeneous texture.

It is ideal for appetizers, snacks or dinners accompanied by red wine or beer and some bread sticks.
