It”s healing place is characterized by an ideal microclimate with cold and dry winters and mild and short summers. These climatic characteristics make it a perfect place to breed the Iberian pig and therefore to obtain hams and shoulders of an exceptional quality. This piece is obtained from an Iberian pig fed with bait (feed and cereals basically). It is matured for a minimum of 24 months so that the final result is the optimum and recognised in the preparation of this wonderful ham, with a mild and pleasant flavour for the palates of all types of consumers.
